A modern day concept to deal with modern day stress
Whether you feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or regularly under pressure - this is for you. We combine strategies for stress and lifestyle management with techniques for in-the-moment stress. We cater these experiences for individuals, couples or businesses.
This is a full day experience (8.30am - 4.30pm), with a total of 4-6 people, plus two coaches - Danny and Dawn. We combine workshops on stress awareness, and well-being and stress management, with group discussions, interactive tasks, focused meditations, visualisations and relaxation techniques.
The level of interaction and engagement within the workshops is entirely the choice of each individual. Workshops can be tailored to your individual needs. By sending out a questionnaire beforehand we establish the areas of your life that you find stressful and the topics you feel comfortable talking about.
We include a light breakfast, refreshments, hot drinks and a generous lunch.
Technology-free. Relaxing, peaceful environment in an open plan space, with beautiful, countryside views. We aim to give you a unique experience on the day. You will also come away with our StressFree pack. This includes nine technique cards and our AWARE model. These are great tools for stress management, well-being and anxiety. Based in Keynsham - between Bristol and Bath.

9:00 - Introduction

9:15 - Meditation & mindfulness introduction
How meditation & mindfulness positively affects our focus, performance & relationships. Followed by a stretch & breath meditation, with a brief review at the end.
10:00 - Stress awareness workshop
Understanding pressure & stress, through presentation, discussion & interactive tasks. Plus an introduction to the 10 elements of StressFree.
12:00 - Lunch
Nutritious hot & cold food. All you can eat!
13:00 - Body scan meditation
By drawing attention to different parts of the body, this technique is designed to improve focus of the mind. We carry out this technique in a seated position.
13:30 - Lifestyle management workshop
StressFree ideas & techniques for every day life. This is a very fluid workshop, but regular topics include managing relationships, assumptions, interruptions, emails, mobile phones and time. Includes working through our AWARE model.
15:00 - Visualisation
Focused relaxation exercise. Can be used anytime, anywhere, it's Ideal for any situation that induces anxiety. Or a great way to switch off at the end of a day.
15:30 - Reflection & open review
Using our StressFree takeaway cards we give you some time to think about the first steps and changes you can make. This is followed by an informal discussion to summarise the whole experience.
